We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also offer in-house financing through our interest-free office payment plan and through Capital One. Our office payment plan requires 1/3 down payment. In addition, we offer a 5% discount for customers who pay in cash in full at the time of treatment and a 2% discount for those who pay in full by credit card at the time of treatment. We are happy to file, for customer convenience, insurance claims.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company. Your orthodontic insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. If your eligibility to claim benefit changes or is denied, please be aware that you will be responsible for payment for services provided by the orthodontist. If you have any questions, our financial coordinator is always available to answer them.

Insurance users are encouraged to participate in contests of skill and luck at the office for fun prizes. Be sure and ask about current contests at our reception desk.
